[corns]

Okay so I was a bit hesitant to even write this particular blog for two reasons. One being because I HATE TOES. They're so gross.... I've always been insecure about my own toes.I hate when I accidentally touch toes (becuase I never touch them on purpose), and I just despise when people touch me with their toes, or even touch my toes, it's the most disgusting thing to me....even though, I love getting pedicures. I just don't know how those cute little asian ladies can touch toes for a living....I mean, I'm indeed grateful for them because I love pedis, but toe touching is just so disgusting to me. Ugh..I'm grossed out just talking about it. lol But you get my drift right?? haha Now my second reason is because I'm pretty sure every female (or maybe male) that wears different shoes al the time can relate to this.

I don't like toes, but the next thing I dislike about my toes are......corns. lol... YES, CORNS as in the bumps on your toes when you wear shoes that are too small for your feet. Well, I have tons...and tons...and tons of shoes [and i still want more]. Shoes are my guilty pleasure, for real. Shoes are one of the things I never have a problem spending money on... (maybe that's bad??). But I don't have a problem with it. I love em... and best thing about shoes is no matter what size you are...skinny or fat... you'll always have the same shoe size. =) Therefore, for me, all my shoes fit just perfect. I rarely get corns. But even with out corns, I still refuse to show my toes unless it's summer and I have a cute pedi.
I was going to post a pic of my corns but like i said...i'm too insecure about that lol

Anyway... on with the story, I have not had corn(s) for a long time. In fact, I really don't even remember the last time I had one. It had to be over a year ago....seriously. Normally I get them wearing heels, new cheap heels, not this time though. I bought a pair of FLATS for work, because all the walking around I do just wasn't allowing me to wear my cute heels. Well, my flats and my feet were working pretty well together, I was enjoying it until about the fourth day. I got home. Took off my shoes. Took of my sox and what did I see? A big fat corn on my last two toes...on both feet. WTH right? I was so irritated.
not only that, I finally noticed my feet were hurting. Those damn flats.... So now I've switched back to my ugly black loafers and occasionally my black 'hooker' boots on the days I want to look cute. LOL... I was so upset though because I really only get corns with heels, but to get em with flats just killed me.
Okay, maybe I was being a little overboard and over dramatic with the corns on my toes, but I just hate em. So now that my pinky toe one's almost gone.....I'll be brave enough to go get a pedi because I was not about to go and show off my corns ;) hahaha...
