[ Utes welcome the Holiday Season ]

No doubt we've had a rough start this year being part of the Pac12.
But yay for us this past weekend.
Everyone doubted our mighty Utes but we came through and beat the beavers.
did we celebrate after?? Yes...indeed- but too bad my camera died after the game. ;)

Final Score

Wasn't this the perfect way to welcome November and the holiday season??
Lets go Utes!
.....Have a great week.....

[ GOTCHA ]

It's that time of the year again for
GOTCHA is a game for a big group of people. You're assigned a person to kill.
Rules are:

1.) You kill your target w/water.
(any form, doesn't have to be a water gun, but no kinda excessive wetting)
2.) The targets work place is a safe-zone.
3.) Home is another safe-zone unless the targetER is invited into the home.
4.) No one can see you kill.

i think those are all the rules....well the ones most people keep anyway. haha
Anywho- my YSA ward is playing again and we've all been assigned our targets (people). I'm a pretty good killer, I've never been assasined so my guy better watch his back. ;) This is one of the many activities I enjoy in our YSA ward.
It gets pretty fun because you really can't trust ANYONE.
You really get a chance to meet a bunch of different people & it reminds you to ALWAYS STAY ON YOUR GUARD. Which fits perfect for YSA, we must always be on our guard w/the forever changing world. =)

I'm excited for this game and can not wait to kill _ _ _ _ _ _   _ _ _ _!!!

[Summer Nights= Night Games]

Winter seemed to be almost a year long, I have hated it.
I despise COLD weather. I don't even like to play in the snow. I hate when it rains because it messes up my hair and is just so annoying because I have yet to kiss in the rain. lol.. jk
So now that it's summer, I'm hoping and praying Mr. Sun will stay out and play as long as he can......maybe even til December??? oooohhh I'd love that. Sometimes when I think about it I get upset with my parents for moving to Utah. I don't understand why we couldn't just stay in L.A. and enjoy the nice sunshine state. ugh.... I just love warm weather......the fashion that comes with it....the weather....and most of all the activities.
One of my favorite things about summer are

[N] [i] [G] [h] [T]
[g] [A] [m] [E] [s]

Not only because the weather is beautiful and perfect for any night games but it totally brings the kid out of me. The kid that never seems to grow up ;) haha
With my cousins here from Hawaii and the Bay we've been doing nothing but
*staying up LATE
*NETFLIX
*cooking marathons
*Ya SnOOzE, Ya LoSe
*ZuMbA
*preparing for the Pioneer Trek by 'attempting' to walk 5 miles a day
*Preparing and practicing for the "Move Your Body, FLASH MOB" on June 25th
*lots and lots of cleaning up
*Water Fights
*sLuMbeR ParTiEs
and most importantly

***NIGHT GAMES***

There are a few rules that apply when playing night games.
1.) We can't play before midnight
2.) the street must be pitch black (minus the sensor lights on the houses in the neighborhood)
and
3.) Can't make ANY unecessary noises.

Normally, our night games are Hide'N'Seek in the dark, Capture the Flag, Sardines, Ghost in the Graveyard, and Silent Library [look it up on Youtube]
tonight our games consisted only of
Sardines
(where one person hides and the rest of the group tries to find them. Once someone finds the "sardine" they stay there with them until everyone gets to that particular hiding spot. Last one to find the group is the sardine the next time.)

and

Ghost in the Graveyard
something that we all use to play when we were like 8 lol.....and still playing. hahaha

We wanted to spice it up a little so we played across the street. Our boundaries were between the dentist office and Golden Living (an old folks home), kinda freaky huh?? Can you just imagine some old man/lady starring at you outside their window while you're hiding??? hahaha... It was fun though. It's always a good work out since we're always running to base or to the grave. The Mapus (ofa and trish) joined us on our games and now we're slumberin' it out.....playing "YA SNOOZE YA LOOSE". I'm not blogging at 3:45 in the morning because I'm crazy but rather I'm awaiting these amateurs. waiting for them to fall asleep so I can get em all... post their pics and blog again. ;) hahahahaha

Summer has been great so far and I can't wait to do MORE, all we're missing is a beach....maybe our next adventure will be towards our man made beach in Herriman. ;)
